OK, I Googled and found out how to do the command prompt thing but when I did as you suggested it said "You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility." So I don't know what to do about that.You might notice icons or files/folders not automatically refreshing which has forced some people to hit F5 (refresh).The file and folder refresh problem doesn’t happen when Windows is rebooted every day.It only appears to be happening with us, when it is left in hiberation/standby mode for more than one day.Here in the IDTP office we have found some simple work arounds: Option 1 Microsoft doesn’t appear to have fixed this file and folder refresh issue which can also be found in Windows XP and Windows Vista.
